The ICT Services Section was established in the Centre of Information technology and communication to manage ICT services involving computers, devices, audio visual, customer service and operational support in Gambang Campus. All staff is responsible in planning, supporting and ensuring all scope of work is implemented according to policies, guidelines and circulars in effect.
ICT Services Section is made up of 2 divisions:
i. ICT Services and Customer Service Division
ii. PTMK UMP Gambang Division
i. To ensure ICT facilities in administration block, student residential block, lecture halls, lecture rooms, meeting rooms, departments, faculties and laboratories are ready and well-maintained
ii. To ensure all complaints, suggestions and technical support are managed and resolved within the stipulated time frame
iii. To ensure all ICT devices for official programs are managed and in working order
iv. To implement ICT support service according to the Client Charter
